Frequently asked questions
Will the adhesive damage my tile?
No, as long as you take it off slowly. Start at one corner of the adhesive pad and work it up a little at a time. Pulling it off fast is what risks the surface. Do not bend the mount while you remove it. A bent mount will crack and fail under weight, so it cannot go back up.
What surfaces does it stick to?
Ceramic tile, porcelain, glass, fiberglass, acrylic and sealed stone. Not mosaic, pebble or penny tile. Run your hand across the wall — if it feels glossy and even, you are good.
Can I mount it away from the showerhead?
Yes. Back wall, beside the showerhead, or low enough for your kids. It needs one flat wall, so an inside corner where two walls meet will not work. The product was designed around that freedom.
What if I get the placement wrong?
The adhesive is deliberately strong, which is what gives you the 20+ lb hold, so it is not made to be moved once it is placed. Use the full-size paper template in the box first. Tape it up, step back, and move it as often as you like. Only peel the backing when you are sure.
How long before I can load it?
12 hours. That cure time is what gives you the 20+ lb hold instead of a bond that fails in months.
How do I clean the trays?
Lift them off the rail and rinse them, or put them in the top rack of your dishwasher.
What if I want to send it back?
You have 30 days from delivery for a full product refund, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is yours and the original shipping fee is not refunded. Refunds process within 3-5 business days.
